The UK’s national standards authority GS1 UK, responsible for maintaining standards across critical sectors, commissioned QWARE to design and deliver a next-generation Digital Asset Management (DAM) Platform.
After a highly successful pilot phase, QWARE was awarded the full contract to build a scalable, secure, cloud-first member asset management system, replacing legacy infrastructure and moving the organisation into a future-ready digital ecosystem.
The resulting platform empowers members in with seamless governance, lifecycle management, and controlled access to digital assets. It supports the authority’s mission to strengthen trust, consistency, and innovation across the industries it serves.
Today, the system supports over 60,000 members across Retail, Healthcare, Construction and Pharma and securely manages more than 200 million digital assets, ensuring compliance and strengthening data integrity across the UK’s major industries.
